Mild chest discomfort (thorax)

This x ray chest frontal projection of female patient will penetrated  adequate inspirationa rotated film .. difficult to comment on ipsilateral medistinal shift .. ?? Dextroposition of heart however there is a tubular opacity in right hemithorax extending downward parallel to right heart border (Turkish sword ) ..  .. left hemithorax posterior rib 10 rt side 9 .. .. left pulmonary artery enlargement ?? ... ..... description in favour of scimitar syndrome.
